Not sure why The Lego Movie is coming to Blu-Ray again, but it will always be included here for it’s Disney camoes (which I won’t spoil here if you haven’t seen it). Jake and the Never Land Pirates is a solid show for your young ones.
2015 brings us a number of new Disney films. We’ve just seen “Into the Woods”, with Cinderella and her Prince as main characters, as well as her stepsisters and step mother. On March 13th, we will be treated to another cinematic version of the Cinderella story, this time without Rapunzel, Little Red Riding Hood, and Jack (of beanstalk fame) as supporting characters.

Christine Cavanaugh, a prolific voice actor and the voice of the Disney Channel from 1988-1994, passed away at her home on December 22 at the age of 51.
The Nominees for the 57th Annual Grammy Awards were announced recently. Due to an odd qualifying period (October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014), Frozen has 3 nominations among the bunch. The winners will be announced on February 8, 2015.

Nominations were announced on December 1st for the 42nd Annual Annie Awards. The awards are presented by ASIFA-Hollywood (ASIFA stands for Association Internationale du Film d’Animation). Awards will be presented on January 31, 2015.
