This movie is listed as a "short" on the Hugo The Movie Star DVD.  However, instead of being a "short", it has practically the same run time as the feature.  It turns out that the DVD simply contains both of the Dutch Hugo movies, and that they [Buena Vista Home Entertainent or Miramax Family] simply chose to advertise them in this bizarre way.
